The guy was so nice! He patched my leaky tire during my lunch hour. 5 stars.

No nonsense and honest. Anytime I have a tire or brake question/issue, I go to Duckworth’s. They’re going to shoot it straight and not take your money if it’s not necessary. A real value in honesty.

Control arm was not properly installed .. spent $1200 on my car to get an alignment and control arm fixed just to end up with more sounds and less mobility on right turns. Have brought my car in twice to find out what the problem is and why it started to have issues after I brought it in to get fixed was told he greased some parts to se rig it would help the sound and turned away.. finally brought my cat to another mechanic and quickly found out the issue. My left control arm is now banging into my frame because apparently they forgot to put it back on correctly … I will be going back in Monday to figure out what’s going on and why it took a month and me to bring my car in twice to this shop and another finally time to a new shop to find out I paid for more issues….

Definitely will go back there again. Eric is a wonderful guy who is extremely honest and ethical, I called them to order two tires and they had them the next day and when he saw that the ones I had were basically new he told me I did not need the new ones. Well, in the end I did need one and he just charged me one. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

After a blowout on highway and spare had been put on, needed a new tire right away. Read the great reviews and drove out of my way to Metairie for great service. I wasn't disappointed. Owner was efficient, helpful and super quick! Even though he didn't have the tires in stock, he was able to get all 3 (trusted his recommendation that the others needed to be changed) to his store and tires changed in less than 50 min. Outstanding. Reasonable pricing, I would definitely back.
